Abstract
This essay describes the journey of making a creative project out of clay. It explains the motivations, inspirations, and procedures used in the development of ideas and execution of the artworks. Many different techniques and approaches are explored such as hand building and surface decoration. Photographs are included throughout to illustrate stages of the process as well as the finished products.
