The researcher hypothesizes that there are a variety of key factors including beliefs, thoughts, actions, preparation, environment, encouragement and diversity when applied, synthesized and maintained in one’s life that creates a powerful catalyst for one to live their highest form of humanity and fullest form of human potential. The research project will be approached primarily from a critical literary analysis of academic readings including books, academic journals and required course readings. The researcher will also compare selected readings to explore and provide multiple views of common and differing perspectives on the subject. This research paper seeks to gain a clear understanding of key factors that critically influence one’s abilities and potentially uncover some that have not been considered in previous research.
