Abstract
Did the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court fail Noah? Who was there to speak for Noah and the many other children subdued by their familial situation? Noah’s tragic death has haunted me for the past three years and I need explanations. Throughout this paper I delve into all relevant areas related to the JDR Court regarding terminology, procedures, methods, abuse, neglect, court officials, and the individuals appointed to be the voices for children. I reach a conclusion that initially I found difficult to even consider. I did not envision that a firm belief I have held close for three years could be washed away by completing a research paper
