Description

The central theme of this proposal focuses on developing a new C-glycosylation method via reductive halide atom transfer with photo-irradiation with high stereoselectivity and yield. Also, the mechanism of the reaction will be studied. This method will be applied in the total synthesis of some valuable natural products containing C-glycosidic bonds.
