Abstract

This play tackles topics of grief and activism as a student body recovers from a recent school shooting. While some students push for change, others long for a return to the way it was before. The solution is found through the strength of the community. it takes accepting the loss of hope but believing in the potential of finding it again in order to drive forward. As the student council tries to find their voice, their leader is unwilling to let go. She must start moving or risk getting left behind in the aftermath.
